AutoLink Terms and Conditions

Effective version: AutoLink Legal v1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of AutoLink Spare Parts Procurement Hub by individual buyers, company/fleet buyers, suppliers, supplier staff and platform admins.

1. Platform role

AutoLink is a spare-parts request, quotation, comparison and supplier-matching platform. Unless AutoLink separately signs a written managed-procurement, escrow, delivery or agency agreement, AutoLink is not the seller, buyer, importer, manufacturer, mechanic, delivery company, payment processor, warranty provider, insurer or legal representative of any user.

2. User responsibility

• Users must provide accurate registration, profile, location, request, vehicle, part and quotation information.
• Users must confirm price, brand/origin, quality, compatibility, warranty, VAT/receipt status, delivery/pickup, payment terms and return conditions directly with the other party before payment or delivery.
• Users must not upload false documents, fake stock, fake requests, misleading quotes, abusive messages, illegal items, stolen goods or harmful content.
• Users must protect other users’ contact details, vehicle information, quotation details, documents and private messages.

3. Quotes, selection and transaction risk

Quote comparison tools are for decision support only. AutoLink may show price, supplier profile, part scope, status and selected supplier information, but the final business decision remains with the buyer and supplier. AutoLink does not guarantee that a quoted part is available, compatible, genuine, safe, delivered on time, covered by warranty or sold at the final displayed price.

4. Legal acceptance during registration

By registering, continuing to use the app, submitting a request or sending a quotation, the user accepts these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Marketplace Rules, Buyer Agreement, Supplier Agreement, Payment and Delivery Policy, Verification Policy, Data Safety and Analytics Policy, Dispute Policy, Account/Data Deletion process and Safety Disclaimer.

5. Platform rights

AutoLink may edit labels, hide content, close requests, restrict features, reject verification, suspend accounts, remove fake/misleading records, preserve evidence, cooperate with lawful requests and take any reasonable action to protect users, data safety and marketplace integrity.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, AutoLink is not responsible for user-to-user losses, wrong parts, quality disputes, late delivery, payment disputes, warranty refusal, false quotes, physical damage, lost profit, indirect losses, unauthorized user conduct or off-platform communication. AutoLink’s role is limited to providing the digital marketplace and support tools unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

7. Indemnity

Users agree to be responsible for claims, losses, penalties, complaints or costs caused by their own false information, illegal conduct, privacy misuse, fake stock, unsafe parts, non-payment, non-delivery, document misuse or violation of AutoLink rules.

8. Changes

AutoLink may update these Terms for legal, operational, security or service-improvement reasons. Important updates may require users to accept the new version before continuing.
