Account and Data Deletion
Users may request deletion, correction or restriction of account information, profile details, uploaded documents, requests, quotes, support records or staff account records.
How to request deletion or correction
- Open Profile or Help inside AutoLink.
- Contact AutoLink support using the phone number or email used during registration.
- Include company/shop name, account phone number, role and request ID if the request relates to a specific record.
What may be deleted or anonymized
AutoLink may remove, hide, correct, restrict or anonymize profile information, uploaded files, draft requests, old quotes, reviews and support messages where legally and operationally possible.
Records that may be retained
Some records may be retained when needed for dispute handling, fraud prevention, security, accounting/tax, legal compliance, backup recovery, marketplace integrity or defense of legal claims. Aggregated or anonymized statistical records that no longer identify the user may also be retained.
