Buyer Agreement

By using AutoLink as a buyer, the buyer agrees to use the platform carefully and verify the final transaction before payment.

• Provide correct vehicle brand, model, year, engine type, VIN/chassis or part number when available.
• Review all quoted details, not only price. Consider brand, quality, warranty, delivery time, receipt/VAT, supplier rating and supplier location.
• Do not pay until the supplier, part, quantity, pickup/delivery and warranty/return conditions are confirmed.
• Inspect expensive, electrical, engine, brake, steering, suspension or other safety-critical parts before completing payment where possible.
• Use ratings/reports honestly and do not make false claims against suppliers.
• Keep request ID, quote screenshots, receipt, chat and pickup/delivery evidence for dispute support.

The buyer understands that AutoLink helps organize procurement information but does not guarantee compatibility, quality, delivery, warranty, refund or supplier conduct.
