AutoLink Marketplace Rules
These rules are designed to keep AutoLink fair, useful and safe for spare-part buyers and suppliers.
1. Request rules
- Requests should include clear vehicle/equipment details, part names, quantities, location, deadline and photos/documents where useful.
- Buyers should avoid vague requests that can cause wrong quotations.
- Buyers must not post fake requests, harassment requests, illegal items or competitor-abuse requests.
2. Quotation rules
- Suppliers should quote only items they have in stock or can source reliably within the stated time.
- Quotes should state price, quantity, total, part scope, brand/origin, condition, warranty, receipt/VAT availability, delivery/pickup terms and quote validity.
- Suppliers must not use bait prices, fake stock, unrelated parts or misleading photos to attract buyers.
3. Fair conduct
- Users must communicate respectfully and avoid threats, spam, harassment, discriminatory language or false reports.
- Users must not scrape, sell or misuse other users’ phone numbers, documents, vehicle data, quotation records or business information.
- Users should keep payment, pickup and delivery evidence until the transaction is complete.
4. Enforcement
AutoLink may warn, restrict, hide, suspend, remove verification or remove accounts that repeatedly break marketplace rules. AutoLink may also keep evidence for dispute, fraud-prevention or legal compliance purposes.
