Payment, Pickup and Delivery Policy
AutoLink helps users find and compare quotations. Unless AutoLink later provides a clearly announced official managed-payment, escrow, delivery or inspection service, payment, pickup, delivery, inspection, returns and warranty handling are arranged directly between buyer and supplier.
- Confirm final price, VAT/receipt status, delivery fee, pickup location, contact person, warranty and return conditions before payment.
- For expensive or safety-critical parts, inspect the item, confirm part number/compatibility and request a receipt or written confirmation.
- Do not rely only on the app record as proof of payment, warranty or delivery. Keep official receipts, invoices, warranty cards, messages and delivery evidence.
- AutoLink may use request/quote records to help support or review disputes, but it does not automatically reverse payments or enforce refunds unless required by law or a separate written service arrangement.
