Supplier Agreement

By using AutoLink as a supplier, the supplier agrees to quote honestly and protect buyer trust.

• Quote only spare parts that are available or can be sourced reliably.
• State price, quantity, total, brand/origin, condition, warranty, receipt/VAT availability, delivery/pickup terms and validity period clearly.
• Do not claim fake stock, publish misleading photos, use bait prices or replace the quoted part with a different part without buyer approval.
• Keep shop name, location, contact person, phone/email, categories and verification documents updated.
• Do not misuse buyer phone numbers, request documents, vehicle information, uploaded images or transaction history.
• Respond professionally to disputes and provide evidence when requested by AutoLink support.

Repeated false quotes, privacy misuse, unsafe conduct or unresolved complaints can lead to warning, loss of verification, quote restriction, suspension or removal.
