Yanchi Terms of Use
Last updated: July 3, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to Yanchi, a journaling, planner, cycle tracking, and AI reflection companion.
1. Nature of Yanchi
Yanchi is not a doctor, therapist, psychologist, lawyer, financial advisor, emergency service, diagnosis tool, or replacement for professional care. Yanchi provides journaling support, educational cycle information, planner structure, and AI-generated reflection.
2. AI limitations
AI answers may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a user’s exact situation. Users are responsible for decisions they make after reading Yanchi responses. Yanchi should be used as a reflective tool, not as final authority.
3. Medical, mental health, legal, and emergency situations
For medical concerns, pregnancy concerns, severe pain, unusual bleeding, fever, dizziness, self-harm thoughts, abuse, emergency, legal disputes, or crisis situations, users must contact qualified professionals or local emergency services immediately. Yanchi is not an emergency response service.
4. Cycle-management disclaimer
Cycle tracking, fertile-window estimates, ovulation estimates, symptom logs, and Ask Yanchi cycle responses are educational estimates only. They are not contraception, fertility treatment, diagnosis, or medical advice.
5. User responsibilities
Users agree to provide accurate account information, keep login details secure, use Yanchi lawfully, avoid uploading illegal or harmful content, avoid attempting to access other users’ data, and avoid relying on AI output as professional advice.
6. Privacy and data
Yanchi handles user data according to the Privacy Policy. Users can request deletion through the Account and Data Deletion page. Local browser data may need to be deleted from the app settings or browser storage.
7. Payments and subscriptions
If paid plans, wallet points, subscriptions, or payment processors are added, pricing, refund rules, renewal rules, and payment terms must be shown clearly before purchase. Payment processors may apply their own terms.
8. Account suspension
Yanchi may restrict or remove access if the service is abused, used unlawfully, attacked, spammed, or used in a way that risks other users or the platform.
9. Changes
Yanchi may update these terms as the service develops. Continued use after updates means the user accepts the updated terms.
